It’s both, in a way.
Photographer Deborah Anderson is opening an exhibit at the new Malibu location of Morgane Le Fay to benefit the California non-profit horse sanctuary, Return to Freedom. The exhibit is called “The Horse Goddess,” was shot at the sanctuary, and features two models of Native American heritage. So it makes sense that Morgane Le Fay, herself a fair trade enthusiast and designer of ethereal, fairy-like clothing, would host the event, which kicks off on Thursday with a private cocktail reception and silent auction.
The exhibit will be housed at the boutique until July 5, by which time – hopefully – we’ll have cultivated an appreciation for animals’ organic role in enhancing beauty, art and fashion, without having to wear them.
